Hello, you fine folks reading RSL Soapbox today. We have a treat for you: soccer. Yay. It’s about time, really.

What: Real Salt Lake vs. Portland Timbers
When: 5 p.m. Mountain, 4 p.m. Pacific
Why: Because you’ve gotta love it, baby

Could we see Sam Johnson again? He’s been used sparingly to this point, and it would be nice to see our new signing get some minutes.
I don’t think we’ll see Albert Rusnak, though — at last recollection, he was away in Europe doing green card work. That’s something we should be excited about, even if it means we don’t see him play.
Will we start to see a lineup come together that looks fitting for an MLS game? After all, we’re, what, a week away from our first match? (Oh boy. I’m not ready.)
