There are several CONCACAF Champion's League games being played this mid-week, and while RSL is off their Group G opponents will meet for the 2nd time tonight at 8 PM. (Mountain Time). The result could put RSL in perfect position to move on.
Match Recaps
RSL played C.S.D. Municipal in Guatemala back on Aug. 4th and pulled out a 0-1 away win from an 2nd minute Joao Plata goal.
C.S.D. Municipal next met the other Group G competitor, Santa Tecla F.C. in El Salvador on Aug. 20. Municipal went ahead in the 19th minute, but couldn't hang on to the lead, and the match ended 1-1.

With both Santa Tecla and Municipal playing again tonight (in Guatamala) it's become a must win game for what is arguably RSL's main competitor. After tonight they will have played 3 of their 4 games; their last coming vs RSL at Rio Tinto Stadium on October 20th.
A loss will mean they must win vs RSL to have a chance, but even that chance would be removed if RSL wins or ties either match vs Santa Tecla. A tie will see them as temporarily group leaders until the RSL v Santa Tecla match on Sept. 15th.
It's a make or break match tonight which could solidify RSL's position in the CCL.
