RSL face-planted when they needed to stay standing.

Real Salt Lake couldn't find any goals in Portland as they lost by a score of 3-0. Their postseason fate lies in the hands of LA next week, as anything less than three points for the Galaxy would put RSL in the playoffs.

Once again, it’s no longer in our hands.

Our destiny is now fully out of our own hands.

In RSL’s final regular season game, the Claret and Cobalt travel to Portland with their playoff fate to play for.

After two days rest, Real Salt Lake is in Portland. They need a win if they want to secure a playoff spot.

It all comes down to one game for RSL. Win and they’re in the playoffs. Anything else will need some help from other Western Conference teams if they want to make it into the postseason.

RSL can clinch their playoff spot this weekend, and not just with a win at Portland. We’re looking at all the scenarios that will put RSL in the postseason heading into the last week of play.
