Just a handful of games remaining in the 2024 MLS season, 13 sites published rankings for Week 28. Positions DO NOT include games played Wed. Oct 2nd.
Even though two sites have failed to update in quite some time, with only a few games left there will be no sites dropped. I will consider their record this year for next year’s inclusion though.
A reminder of what Power Rankings should be (not that every site does, of course):
"If two teams played tomorrow, given their current injury concerns, form, and other considerations, who is likely to win on a neutral field? All things being equal, who is the best team going forward, based on what we know now?"
